These terms cover work carried out by Elevate for clients in South Africa. By engaging Elevate for a website or related service, you agree to the points below.
Scope of work
Each project follows the tier you choose (Diagnostic, Activation, or Dominance), as described on the Plans page at the time you sign up. Anything outside that scope is treated as additional work and quoted separately before it begins.
Turnaround and revisions
The standard turnaround is two business days from when we receive your content, with one round of revisions included. Delays in sending content will push back the delivery date.
Payment
Each tier has a setup fee and a recurring monthly fee, as listed on the Plans page. The monthly fee covers hosting and keeping the site online.
Content responsibility
You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information, images, and claims you provide us to publish on your site.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Elevate's services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
